Can I start by saying that it was close to impossible to photography this little miss by myself. I think I will be doing her monthly pics when Daddy is home to distract her from now on. That being said, I also had to switch our normal setup around this month because someone REFUSES to lay down long enough for me to even get an OK picture. She’s growing up!

Wow. My baby is 1/2 of a year old. Excuse me while I process that. Okay. This has been the month of crushed milestones for Miss Eisley Mae. She decided belly flopping was old news and started full on crawling on her hands and knees and then decided right after that to start standing up on things. Yeah. So now my crazy lady has me more on my toes than every, chasing her around making sure she isn’t climbing up the tv stand or the couch ready to topple over. My sanity is waiting by with a parachute.
Eisley started saying mama & then learned how to say dada. Now I never hear mama anymore but its so cute I cant even be upset. We started doing BLW in addition to nursing and she is loving it! She cut her first two teeth this month, and she’s an eating champ! She sticks the food in her mouth and chew and swallows! I gave her apples slices the other day and she ate all the apple off and left the skin! I’m so proud of how well she does with food. I’m incredibly happy with our decision to do BLW.
Eisley doesn’t hate much right now, minus the occasional night of sleep. She’s a pretty happy lady unless she’s fighting sleep or I’ve repeatedly made her stop climbing on stuff. Rules are rules, lady!
Can’t believe how smart and strong my little bub is becoming. What a whirlwind 6 months it’s been. I’m so in love with watching her grow.
